| Visit asu.orgsync.com and click on “OrgSync Sign In” and log in with your asurite and password |

| Find your org under My Orgs. | Click on ‘Join an Org’ under ‘My Orgs’. |
| Click on Org Profile under Settings. Update your 2011 -2012 officer information; upload a copy of your current constitution and a scanned and signed copy of your advisor commitment letter. You may also turn in a signed advisor letter with your student org office. Download letter here. A copy of the letter can be found on asu.edu/clubs under Forms. Note: Contact your student organization office if you do not have admin access and are unable to view the settings tab. | Click on Register New Organization. Fill out “Basic Organization Info” and identify officer information for 2011-12. Upload a copy of your constitution. A model constitution can be downloaded at asu.edu/clubs under Forms. |

• Click on OrgSync sign in at the top right and log in with your asurite and password.
• This will bring you to the ‘Default Profile Options’ page. Click on edit profile and complete your profile information.
• Click on ‘Join an Org’ under ‘My Orgs’
• • Here, you can either Register Your Organization by clicking on 'Register New Organization' (NEW ORGS ONLY) or find your organization from the list and join the organization (EXISTING ORGS).
