Registration runs October 1 - September 30.  Currently registered groups must complete the steps below to renew their registration for the 2012-2013 academic year by September 30, 2012.                                                         

New groups (not previously registered) can register at any time.

Visit asu.orgsync.com and click on “OrgSync Sign In” and log in with your asurite and password

Visit asu.orgsync.com and click on ‘OrgSync Sign in’ to log in with your asurite and password. Set up a personal OrgSync account. For details on how to set up a personal account, see section below*

Find your org under My Orgs. Click on ‘Join an Org’ under ‘My Orgs’.
Click on Org Profile under Settings. Update your 2012 -2013 officer information; upload a copy of your current constitution and a scanned and signed copy of your advisor commitment letter. You may also turn in a signed advisor letter with your student org office.  A copy of the letter can be found on asu.edu/clubs under Forms. Note: Contact your student organization office if you do not have admin access and are unable to view the settings tab. Click on Register New Organization. Fill out “Basic Organization Info” and identify officer information for 2011-12. Upload a copy of your constitution. A model constitution can be downloaded at asu.edu/clubs under Forms.
A club representative is required to attend a mandatory information session (Dates posted below). It is recommended that you attend an information session at the campus where your club is registered. Scan and upload a signed copy of your advisor commitment letter. You may also turn in a signed advisor letter with your student org office. Once the above steps are complete, your registration for 2012-2013 will be approved by your campus org office.

• Click on OrgSync sign in at the top right and log in with your asurite and password.
• This will bring you to the ‘Default Profile Options’ page. Click on edit profile and complete your profile information.
• Click on ‘Join an Org’ under ‘My Orgs’
• • Here, you can either Register Your Organization by clicking on 'Register New Organization' (NEW ORGS ONLY) or find your organization from the list and join the organization (EXISTING ORGS).
