Mississippi State University

This article shows how this particular sector of the matrix subjugates it's male students. Mississippi State should be should be put on trial for abusive discrimination and shameless cruelty, this kind of trash injures humanity, this is what is known as mass hysteria. Get up. Get off your knees.

Problem with the "I Always Get Consent" racket.

It does not offer any benefits to the male who is on the other hand mostly the bearer of the new responsibility. Gives women more privileges, and more immunity to responsibility. Targets the initiator (which is the male) and not the recipient.

Counter argument:

Women should be encouraged to state clearly verbally whether they are consensual to the situation or not. Women should be encouraged with if not threatened with penalty (like men are with rape) for not stating clearly their consent (like men are for not getting it)!

Men if are demanded to get verbal consent they should receive some legal protections from false accusations of rape, sexual assault harassment etc. by gaining it. It is unfair to demand another to take on a responsibility solely for their servitude and your benefit. It is inequitable unequal and unfair, and typically feminist IMHO.

Similarly women should be encouraged to use clear language in not only sexual intercourse but dating in general whether they show any interest or not. The lack of clear communication increases their chances of disagreeable situations. It's like encouraging dangerous behavior and then blaming the other for the danger. Totally unreasonable.

The demand that men not only ask for sex but for every step of courtship is the epitome of the absurd. If I want to hold hands I ask something to the likes of: "Is this OK?" when I want to hold hands for example, then when must I ask it again? When I want a kiss, when I want sex? The personal desires of the other can change at any moment, so at what moment must I request verbal consent again? How long does consent last? When I put my hand on her shoulder? When I move my finger further down her hip? When I change my facial expression? After a few minutes, seconds, ad infinitum? At what point can we assume consent applies? Is there any clear boundary for consent, even once gained? What if their understanding of consent was in fact different from yours? How then does requesting verbal consent clarify the situation?

You see there is no way for this calculated robotic format of sexual intercourse or romanticism to actually be unambiguous, even in the midst of gaining consent. Not to mention the joyless tension of it all.

HOWEVER,
If the receiver is simply responsible enough to state clearly their boundaries of consent, and then clearly state when those boundaries have been violated. There is far less possibility for ambiguity, if any at all!

Therefore I do not think these "I Always Get Consent" people are genuine. As with all feminism, they portray it as a great act of humanitarianism when in fact it is only a demand for increased female privilege and male burden.

If they want men to get consent like a bunch of servile beggars, they should offer legal protections once acquired to men, and simultaneously encourage the female to clearly specify consent with or without request!

      History In A Nutshell

Quote of the Moment

"It is the women . . . who dominate all of American life. The men are interested in nothing at all; they work, work as I haven’t seen anyone work anywhere else. For the rest, they are toy dogs for their wives, who spend the money in the most excessive fashion and who shroud themselves in a veil of extravagance."

NCFM Activists and MRAs defended and backed up the MRMg @ ASU both in the comments section of the recent Statepress column, and in this letter response: http://www.statepress.com/2011/11/01/letters-nov-2-2/comment-page-1/#comment-2191 also pasted below:

Dear Editor,

As a men’s rights organization, we respectfully disagree with Isabelle Novak’s position that men are not discriminated against (“Complaining for our rights,” 10/27/11), and we invite students to consider just a few examples, with supporting sources:

College sports

The College Sports Council has recently spoken out about the NCAA’s rampant discrimination against men in sports scholarships.

http://www.collegesportscouncil.org/newsroom/display_releases.cfm?id=28

And Title IX has caused countless men’s teams to be cut to “equalize” the gender ratio even in sports where women show far less interest in certain sports than men.

Criminal law

Men get higher criminal sentences than women for the same crime, including non-accomplice crimes, even when all other factors (age, race, priors, family situation, etc.) are accounted for.

Crime and Delinquency, 1989, v 35, pp 136-168.
http://www.terry.uga.edu/~mustard/sentencing.pdf

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/cgi-bin/PrintStory.pl?document_id=2008782782&zsection_id=2003925728&slug=courtstudy25m&date=20090225

The gender of the victim matters too. Drunk drivers on average receive a 3-year higher sentence for killing a female than for killing a male. (“Unconventional Wisdom,” Washington Post, Sept. 7, 2000.)

Some states still prosecute only males for sex between minors who are close in age.

http://www.crimevictimsinstitute.org/documents/Adolescent_Behavior_3.1.11.pdf

A judge in Queens, New York recently slammed the Probation Department for discrimination against males.

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ny_crime/2010/12/01/2010-12-01_judged_bashes_probation_department_for_gender_bias_in_favor_of_leniency_for_girl.html

Fathers

Fathers have historically been denied equal parenting rights. The 18th Century “tender years” doctrine, which automatically gave young kids to mothers, was later replaced with gender-neutral language, but the discrimination still continues. As late as 1971, the Minnesota State Bar Association’s handbook advised lawyers and judges not to give custody to fathers.

http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1101011119-183968,00.html

Today fathers ask for 50% custody while mothers ask for and get 80% custody, and fathers become visitors and wallets.

http://www.law.fsu.edu/journals/lawreview/downloads/254/mcneely.pdf

The European Court of Human Rights recently intervened on behalf of unmarried dads in Germany who are given no custody rights.

Similar laws exist in Japan, Ireland and elsewhere.

Forced Labor and Military Conscription

For years, the Forced Labour Convention of 1930 exempted “able-bodied males” between ages 18 and 45 from the ban on slavery and forced labor. Article 11 at http://www.ilo.org/ilolex/cgi-lex/convde.pl?C029 Although the exemption was eventually eliminated, Article 2 still exempts prisoners and soldiers (90+% male).

And to this day male slaves are frequently ignored by human rights laws and policies.

http://nationmultimedia.com/2007/05/14/headlines/headlines_30034148.php

For example, male slaves in China have had trouble getting their slavemasters prosecuted because only women were protected from slavery.

http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2007-06/15/content_895414.htm

Males throughout the world are still forced to fight wars that the elite create, including males as young as six years old. A large percentage of men in the U.S. were drafted before they were old enough to vote.

People who respond by saying “men make war” are the same ones who find it sexist to say men make science, medicine, etc. The fact is that women leaders have declared war, and women have supported wars at almost the same rate as men. For example, 76% of women and 86% of men supported the U.S. invasion in the Gulf War. http://articles.latimes.com/1991-01-19/news/mn-171_1_times-poll And in his book, “War and Gender,” Joshua Goldstein documents how women have actively encouraged military adventurism, both in modern and indigenous societies, and that in the face of imminent conflict, women goad their men into combat.

Male Victims of Domestic Violence, rape and sexual assault

Male victims of domestic violence have been seriously discriminated against. Although men report it less, which makes crime data unreliable, approximately 300 randomized surveys worldwide confirm that women initiate domestic violence at least as often as men and that men suffer one-third of physical injuries.

http://www.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.htm

For example, a 32-nation study by the University of New Hampshire found women are as violent and as controlling as men in dating relationships worldwide.

http://www.unh.edu/news/cj_nr/2006/may/em_060519male.cfm?type=n

http://www.ajph.org/cgi/content/abstract/97/5/941

But many government-funded DV programs still discriminate against male victims. For example, in California, male victims had to sue the state to overturn the discriminatory laws that excluded male victims from state-funded services.

http://www.metnews.com/articles/2008/wood101508.htm

In Australia and the UK, the government had to revoke funding from DV shelters for refusing to help male victims.

http://thedailycougar.com/2010/04/21/study-examines-domestic-violence/comment-page-1/#comment-1380

The Violence Against Women Act explicitly excludes American Indian men and implicitly excludes all other men by its very title and implementation. We don’t have a “Men’s Occupational Safety and Health Act” just even though 92% of job deaths happen to men.

Historically, many rape laws excluded male victims from the protections women receive. The Model Penal Code, for example, defined “rape” so that only women could be victims. In England, funding for sex abuse victims is often denied for male victims. http://lfpress.ca/newsstand/CityandRegion/2007/06/25/4287949-sun.html

Rapes of males frequently occur in the form of statutory rape, and not just by other males. A student survey in New Mexico found 43% of teacher sex abuse comes from female teachers but over 90% of prosecutions are of male teachers.

A large study in Canada found high rates of homeless kids being molested, with 3/4 of the molestations of boys being by adult women, but there were still no programs for the boys, only for girls.

"Most of you may not have heard of Radicalhub.wordpress.com, but this site is a growing presence on the feminist blogosohere. That may be of little consequence, but it has now started a worrying theme of advocating what it calls a "resolution" - in effect the eradication at worst or the systematic exclusion at best of the human male.

One of the comments from the article...

re men: yes, they are the problem, and womyn will have to realise this. Men are the carriers of a Y chromosome that makes them the way they are, I believe Womyn have to be strongly aware of the posibility of men’s inherent sadism and cruelty.

There are many comments like this, all of which are perfectly in keeping with the overall meme of the article and of the site as a whole.

All of you need to spread the word about this vile hate-speech. A Voice for Men has already flagged this, but as many men as possible need to know about this. So alert as many pro-male sites/blogs as you can; this type of misandry cannot be left unchallenged.

Some of us thought this type of extreme rad-feminism died out in the '70s; let this be a warning to men that unless we stand up now this type of rampant hate may just become mainstream..." - (http://news.mensactivism.org/node/17515)

http://drinkher.com/

"her" a drink distributed at ASU, is symbol of the idolatry of the female and the feminine pervasive in western society. As I went to investigate the matter, I found out the drink was yet another brand "raising funds for breast cancer". Apparently the company was started by a male bankster, ahem I mean banker, who has allot of money and time to waste on worshipping women. The company representative mentioned the interrogative presented to her as to weather they would be coming out with a drink called "him". It appears the populous somewhat recognizes the inflated status of women in society. I guess thats just what goes on in "Patriarchal" societies like ours...

The full name of the drink is: "it's all about her".

I would say, that is one thing I would agree with, indeed it is all about her everywhere you go. It's called gynocentrism.

Tom Martin, http://www.sexismbusters.org/ Recently contacted the MRMg probably hearing of us via the recent Jezebel article. This man is important as he shares many of our concerns in the group, and is working to pressure The London School of Economics (LSE) to reform the "Women and Gender Studies" department there at LSE. That is ultimately our goal, as there would be no need for this group, if ASU or other universities honored the male perspective: http://www.malestudies.org/ in gender studies outside of feminist rebellious party line dogma, false statistics, wrong views and misandry. Please take a look at his site: http://www.sexismbusters.org/, as doing so will give you a better idea of what we are about here at the Men's Rights Movement group at ASU. OK people,

ASU Campus is being spoiled by Misandrist glorification of violence against men. It is funny that this girl has stabbed this college student with a screw driver. And it's the cover of College Times. Indeed a sign of the times. Welcome to the Jungle.

And MRA suggested I should thank the College Times for showing women as violent wielders of weapons, but that is wrong as the periodical does not show women as violent it shows them as cute and funny for stabbing a man. It does not go into the violence against men that society condones, It amplifies it's vices.

Hey guys,

Very important events which directly affect our rights at school have taken place:

College Rape Accusations and the Presumption of Male Guilt

The New Rules of College Sex

The death of due process for males in higher education

There is a bit of good news within the bad, as the AAUP is now coming out against this decision, for their own selfish reasons: ACADEMIA REBELS AGAINST THE PRESUMPTION OF GUILT FOR MEN. But the AAUP is not really in the male students interests. They are concerned about professors being falsely accused by female mood swings (as they should be) and having their lives ruined thereby. As for us, the MRM is our only voice, and we have to take care of ourselves.

Spring 2011

Feminists and society like to say we live in a Patriarchy. Because men hold more leadership positions than women.  But why are all the gender concerns towards women only? None for men! NO UN panels, NO national committees, NO State organizations, NO university departments. None. All for women!

Excuse me, What "Patriarchy"???

• Men and Fathers face the harshest discrimination in family courts. [17] [18]
• Epidemic of false accusations are near half of all rape cases. False accusations on men from sexual harassment to rape to child molestation. [12] [13]
• Violence Against Women Act profiles men and demands that they be arrested in all domestic violence disputes. [11]
• 4 out of 5 Suicides are male (18 out of 23 more accurately) [10]
• Misandry and abuse and denigration of men is widespread across media, while at the same time media is extra sensitive to stay up to date with each and every feminist demand for favorable and correct portrayal of women in media. [23] [24] [25] [26] [27]
• College enrollment and gradation of males is declining and has been for decades. [5] [4] [3]
• Male fertility has been on the decline for at least a century. [8]
• No men's shelters. [10]
• Men have no reproductive rights and are often victims of paternity fraud. [15] [16]
• Most homeless people are men. [14]
• Men's unemployment rate is 3 times as high as female. [17]
• 80% of wealth is spent by women [10]
• Women handle 75 percent of family finances. 43 percent of those with assets over $500,000 are women. [10]
• 99% of combats deaths are male [10]
• 94% of industrial deaths male [10]
• 76% of homicides are male [10]
• Women receive custody in 84% of child custody cases. [10]
• 204 out of 205 people wrongly convicted exonerated by DNA (evidence have been men (via the innocence project) . [10]
• In America there are over 270 women's commissions but only one for men in New Hampshire. [10]
• There are over 700 women studies programs in colleges and universities but but no one teaching mens or male studies from a masculinist perspective. [10]
• Men are over half the victims of domestic violence but in over 90% of domestic violence disputes men are the ones arrested. [19] [11]
• Breast cancer funding is a national icon of funding but Prostate cancer is totally ignored while the death rates are roughly equal. [10]
• The wage gap now favor's women in their twenties. [20] [28]
• Men die 5 years earlier than women but no compensation is made to them for this via social security or otherwise. [10]
• A entire branch of the UN is dedicated to women, nothing for men. [1]
• There is much discussion on the status of women in society, none for men. [22]
• There are billions of dollars of tax money going into women's issues and none for men. [21] [22]
• There are branches of US Federal government dedicated to the interests of women such as health, but none for men. [2]
• Masculinity and male emotions are hardly tolerated in society.
• Global society is becoming more and more gynocentric.
• Gender warfare rages on with hardly any participation of men.
• Men are blamed for all social and world problems
• Most of civilization is but a shopping mall for women to go shopping.

"The days where men were in charge and had all the power, is nothing more than a feminist fantasy concocted to excuse finger pointing at the entire male sex, justifying their own identity as victims and ironically enough their own pursuit of a lopsided power arrangement. Sure there has historically been the upper 2% of men who had allot of power and control, but as far as male power goes, thats where it ended. The other 98% of men were never powerful, never! Just the opposite in fact, they led powerless lives of sacrifice and expendability in order to take care of women and children and to serve the interest of the 2% of men that feminists always complain about, and very mistakenly confused for the way the rest of men actually lived. And that upper 2% held much more oppressive sway over the rest of men than they did women. It was the 98% of men who were conscripted to fight in the wars forced to take on the shitty back breaking jobs and did so generally with mouths closed and heads down so as not to jeopardize their ability to take care of their families. The idea that there was ever any privilege or power in that is so stupid it borders on deranged! But that is what feminists have convinced themselves of and allot of other people as well. Spring 2011

This is to clear the name of my father and my father's father and my great grandfather and on up the line. Women have NEVER been systematically oppressed by any of my ancestors or their institutions. I take great offense to the defamation of the name of my paternal ancestors at the hands of feminist lies. It is offensive to suggest that men have systemically oppressed women and everyone is offended by it. My ancestors never conspired to hold down and oppress women in any way shape or form, no majority of any human paternal ancestors did so. On the contrary women were tirelessly protected and nourished. Because it was the man who went outside in the morning to do the manual labor only to return at dark. The man held the responsibility of bringing home the bread in a cut throat deadly wilderness. While she stayed indoor with the kids, churned butter and baked biscuits, my forefathers were out there getting attacked by robbers, getting attacked by wild animals, natural disasters, plagues, mental and physical exhaustion you name it. Who was inside sitting next to the fire reading a book? Women. Who was it who risked his life to save the woman and children? Men. Who is it who fends off wild animals of fangs and claws, fends off roving bands of barbarians? Men didn't have time to oppress women. They were themselves oppressed. Oppressed by the cry of the children, the wailing wives, trapped between desperation and grim death he set out day after day to bring home what his family needed. It was he who marched off to death when the nation's peace was disrupted, it was he who was the chosen sacrifice for the domestic harmony. While she inside sweating in the kitchen cooking biscuits, he was getting shot in the face with a bullet - to die on the cold earth and remembered by no one.

So next time some feminist tells you women have or are oppressed just have pity on them. Know that they themselves are the true oppressors of women. Because only the individual decides when they are oppressed. It's up to each and every one of you to decide weather you are oppressed or are free - you are the only one who can make that choice; for heaven or for hell.

But if you ask me, weather I want to go out day after day and put my life on the line and face death from a myriad of causes or stay indoors by the fire and bake biscuits. I'll let you know right now, i'd put on an apron and wear lipstick every day of the week - if it meant I didn't have to loose one of my limbs out there.

The reason women never had any rights until recently is simply because nobody did. Nobody but the rich and noble aristocratic lines of authority had rights - to even suggest the idea of a "right" or "bill of rights" is utterly alien to all societies until very recently in historical time. Nobody had rights, not the men, not the women, not the children nobody - unless you were of a noble ruling class. So women were never kept down or oppressed. There were plenty of aristocratic women in far better situations than men countless times across history. It's a cliche - of the rich noble princess marrying the poor slave boy. It's also a fairytale because it hardly ever happened! But that princess had scores of slave boys to serve her. They would even cut off the guy's bogangles so he would be a more perfect servant to the lady. The male eunuch was regarded as the ultimate servant to the aristocrats. So who is in second place, who is oppressed, who is in the inferior position here? The people who are handed over to the meat grinder of death? Or the people who are inside baking biscuits?

Just look at how many people are out there fighting for women's rights today, look at how many women how many men, how many children, how many groups on university campuses, how many government conferences, institutions and branches of administration all look out for women; all fight for mommy's rights? Now look at who is fighting for men's rights? Men's rights? It's a JOKE! And the Men's Rights Movement can hardly even get an audience in this society!

Are we to believe this is the same humanity as it was centuries ago? The same humanity who allowed women's oppression to go on for millennia? Obviously we must be different! But what happened? Are we just the latest and greatest people on earth? Are we so special? No, we are exactly the same. Women protected, men shamed and thrown to the meat grinder. All while shouting "women are oppressed, women are oppressed"! Not only do feminists oppress women, but they oppress men. They not only oppress women they enslave them. Thats right - they are put to work, their free time is taken away from them as they are shamed into joining the labor force and be more like men. If women want to stay home and raise kids they are mocked ridiculed and humiliated in public. One feminist writes:

“No woman should be authorized to stay at home to raise her children. Society should be totally different. Women should not have that choice, precisely because if there is such a choice, too many women will make that one.”

-Simone de Beauvoir, Modern feminist. (Source: Do-Gooders -- How Liberals Hurt Those They Claim to Help, by Mona Charen, 2004, page 124.)

The feminist movement is a systematic oppression of the feminine to make women more like men, leaders, workers, and producers. How can this be called feminism? The word feminism has the feminine written into it - but instead of promoting the feminine it denigrates shames and oppresses them? What doublespeak! Feminism is the false feminine and the false masculine. The true feminine, is a mother of children, a supporter of her husband as he provides for her. Why don't feminists advocate the feminine way rather than jamming emulation what men do down women's throats? Why don't they take the path of the feminine instead of saying they are the superior while on the masculine? This is the REAL feminism - the one which promotes value of the feminine, acceptance, modesty, support, and small and un-grandiose. There is nothing wrong with being in 2nd place or in the background, It is a critical position to say the least!

To empower and dignify this ancient feminine virtue is the true feminism. True feminism advocates the feminine, it gives back the dignity of the feminine back to the female - allows her to connect to herself - and live her true potential. It praises the role of the feminine, and upholds it as a necessity to the the world and humanity.

The MRMg stands up for fairness in society both for men and women. We oppose the bullying tactics and legislation set in place by feminists, and we offer a new perspective in effort to end the gender war.
